With our flexible services, we can transfer your existing manufacturing and analytical methods to a large-scale manufacturing batch, or scale up existing manufacturing methods. Our experts can also perform a complete route scouting, optimization, scale-up and associated analytical development program. As part of our comprehensive CDMO services, your project is then seamlessly transitioned to the facility of choice for mid-scale or large-scale production under ISO 9001:2015 standards.

The large-scale manufacturing facility is multi-purpose with vessels ranging from 200L to 5000L. It has a flexible layout with a pilot plant, clean finishing area and separate chemical synthesis and pharmaceutical halls. These are built and equipped to produce high quality products with excellent processes and robust analytical evaluations. This enables us to provide a repeatable and reliable supply of our customers' large-scale products as well as our own in-house products.
